TestingAgent is a registered property salesperson (CEA Reg No. R000000D), acting for Demo Realty (EA Licence No. L0000000D). See the CEA Disclaimer for details.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with the PDPA. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

The personal data we collect depends on how you use the website.

• Contact form: your name, your mobile number and the service you ask for (for example a first home purchase, timeline planning or selling calculations).
• Budget calculator: your name and mobile number, together with the figures you enter or choose, such as applicant type, property and flat type, household income, existing debt, CPF Ordinary Account balance, cash savings, loan period, interest rate, and the estimates the calculator works out from them.
• Direct messages: if you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, whatever details you choose to share with us.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We collect, use and disclose your personal data for these purposes:

• to respond to your enquiry and follow up with you about it;
• to give you calculator results and discuss your property plans, including arranging viewings and providing estate agency services you ask for;
• to keep records of our dealings with you, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations;
• to run, secure and improve this website.

We do not use your details to send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them.

By submitting a form on this website, or by contacting us and giving us your details, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes above.

Tell us what you want to withdraw from, and we will process the request within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer help you with the related enquiry or service, and we will explain the likely consequences when you ask.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed for the purposes above:

• Demo Realty, the licensed estate agent TestingAgent acts for, which keeps records of the services provided to you.
• Service providers who process data for us: the hosting provider that serves this website, the database provider that stores form submissions, and Telegram, which delivers a notification of your enquiry to us. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
• Other parties in a transaction you ask us to help with, such as sellers, landlords, co-broking agents, banks and lawyers, and only when it is needed for that transaction.
• Government agencies, regulators and law enforcement, where the law requires it.

Some of our service providers store or process data on servers outside Singapore. Where your personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to make sure the recipient protects it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

We keep your personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law and our regulatory obligations require. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

We protect your personal data with reasonable security arrangements, including access controls on the systems that hold it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, or to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
